The Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with SCORE to host a Lunch 'N Learn to discuss the Hiring Process. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch and learn how to:

• Create job descriptions / job skills (soft and hard skills)
• Review resumes
• Build a budget
• Interview a candidate

About Our Speaker

Krystal Yates is a detail-oriented HR expert with more than fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources and Operations fields. Prior to starting Elite Business Resources (EBR), Krystal worked for several small business companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with HR, operations, finance, and marketing responsibilities.

Krystal attended Texas Tech University and is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resource Professional (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), and Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO). Krystal is also a Notary Public and has completed training with the Dale Carnegie Institute. Krystal mentors and volunteers with job seekers and is a Certified SCORE Mentor.
