Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch and learn how to:\n\n	Create job descriptions / job skills (soft and hard skills)\n	Review resumes\n	Build a budget\n	Interview a candidate\n\nBring your lunch and your questions\, and learn how to effectively maneuver the hiring process.\n\n\n\nAbout Our Speaker\n\n\n\nKrystal Yates is a detail-oriented HR expert with more than fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources and Operations fields. Prior to starting Elite Business Resources (EBR)\, Krystal worked for several small business companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with HR\, operations\, finance\, and marketing responsibilities.\n\n\n\nKrystal attended Texas Tech University and is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resource Professional (SPHR\, SHRM-SCP)\, Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA)\, and Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO). Krystal is also a Notary Public and has completed training with the Dale Carnegie Institute. Krystal mentors and volunteers with job seekers and is a Certified SCORE Mentor.
