Krystal Yates is a detail-oriented HR expert with experience in the Human Relations and Operations fields.  Prior to starting EBR, Krystal worked for several SMB companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with responsibilities for HR, operations, finance, and marketing. 

Krystal attended Texas Tech University and also holds certifications for Senior Professional Human Resource Professional (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), Additionally, she is a Notary Public and has completed training with the Dale Carnegie Institute. Krystal serves on the board of directors for Feral Friends, the Longhorn Group of Charities Unit Accounting Trust, DallasHR and serves as a SCORE Mentor.
