What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in the full lifecycle of real estate and commercial loans, including:

• Process, close, fund, and service consumer and commercial loans
• Partner closely with loan officers to ensure smooth, timely closings
• Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and third parties
• Prepare and process loan payoffs, renewals, extensions, and modifications
• Handle escrow-related items including insurance and property taxes
• Manage collateral documentation, lien releases, and UCC filings
• Process loan advances, draws, and payments
• Monitor exception tracking, insurance, and delinquent taxes
• Troubleshoot and support internal teams and customers with loan-related inquiries

What You'll need

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines at once
• Knowledge of loan processing, documentation, and compliance (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
