  • Welcoming customers & making them feel at home.
  • Explaining repair recommendations in a way that makes sense to customers (no jargon).
  • Keeping things organized at the front desk.
  • Prioritizing workflow—coordinating with technicians to move jobs efficiently.
  • Using our computer system for estimates, invoicing, and scheduling.
