What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers & making them feel at home.
- Explaining repair recommendations in a way that makes sense to customers (no jargon).
- Keeping things organized at the front desk.
- Prioritizing workflow—coordinating with technicians to move jobs efficiently.
- Using our computer system for estimates, invoicing, and scheduling.
