We’re Willard Automotive, an independent, fun-loving mechanic shop in Lewisville, TX, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced, humble, and reliable tech to join our crew. No egos here — just good people, solid work, and a shop culture you’ll actually enjoy showing up to.

What You’ll Get:

• $600/week base pay – steady and fair

• Bonus structure based on flag hours – kicks in at just 10 flag hours/week (very achievable)

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a real shop (independent or dealership – either works)

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for general automotive work
