Two half day workshops will be offered on the same day. In the morning come and learn the basics of Social Media and understand how you can use social media in your own business. In the afternoon learn specifics about Marketing with Social Media on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Lunch will be provided for individuals attending both workshops.

Social Media Basics: Harnessing the Groundswell
(8:30 am – 12 noon)
This half day workshop is aimed at providing the attendees with a good understanding of Social Media and will allow them to make the decision of how Social Media will be used within their own businesses.
Attendees will be shown:

•Who the players are.
•What the pros and cons are in using it.
•Keys to Social Media success.
•Useful resources.
•Requirements to make Social Media work in your business.

Social Media Marketing: The Detail of LIFT (LinkedIn, Facebook,& Twitter)
(1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
This half day is designed to be truly hands on. Bring your laptops, notepads and mobile devices and try out the marketing strategies offered by JR Atkins. For those businesses who want to take advantage of Social Media, then this workshop will provide them with a specific working knowledge of:
•Facebook Marketing Strategies
•LinkedIn Marketing Strategies
•Twitter Marketing Strategies

These marketing strategies work for thousands of companies already. It’s time to get your feet wet and really learn how to use these mediums to benefit your company. This is a truly hands on presentation so feel free to bring your laptops, notepads, and mobile devices. You’ll have started your new marketing campaign before you even leave our work shop.
