Join us for food, drinks and prizes at the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of ELITE Strength and Conditioning. ELITE Strength and Conditioning was founded four and a half years ago by Ryan Akers, a local graduate of Flower Mound High School and the University of North Texas. The gym started with about 250 sq. ft. of garage space and has grown to be a 2000 sq. ft. warehouse with separate offices and lobby. No matter what your goals or needs are, we are here to help.
