Costco's Annual Children's Miracle Network Donor Recognition Program
Dear Lewisville Chamber Member,
We are starting our annual Children's Miracle Network drive and would like to extend this opportunity for you to promote your business to all of our members during the entire month of May.
Our CMNH Donor Recognition Program provides you with two different ways to get your business' name out in front of thousands of Costco Wholesale members from May 1st through May 31st.
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Donor Recognition Program
Program One: 5 ft x 3 ft banner with your company name or logo on display in our warehouse: Donation: $250 (or more) plus a $55.00 for the cost of banner.
Program Two: 26 Inch CMNH Paper Balloon with your name on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet on display in our warehouse: Donation: $100
Best of all by participating in our CMNH donor recognition program your donation goes directly to our local Children’s hospital Cook Children’s Medical Center of Fort Worth. A portion of your donation is matched by Costco Wholesale.
