Please note, if your organization has members who provide energy products and services, we have limited space availability for businesses to host an exhibit table. There is NO CHARGE to the business for the exhibit space. Interested businesses should contact Robin Vaughan, Deputy District Director, at robin.vaughan@mail.house.gov, as soon as possible to reserve an exhibit space. Please indicate which energy products and services you will display, whether you will need electricity, and if you anticipate a need for more than one 6’ table space. Also, will you require inside space to display a vehicle? You are welcome to distribute information and offer free give-aways at your exhibit table; however, no financial transactions are allowed.
