Congressman Burgess' Energy Efficiency Summit & Fair
At this important constituent-focused event, summit presenters and exhibitors will highlight energy efficiency and conservation for your commute, as well as focus on ways to save energy in design, construction, and function of homes and buildings. The Energy Fair will run concurrently with the presentations; doors open to the fair exhibits beginning at 8:00 AM and the presentations start at 9:00 AM. Check out the indoor Fuel Efficient Auto Show with displays featuring the latest fuel-efficient and electric vehicles!
In addition, Toyota North America will be bringing their hydrogen-powered “Mirai” from California especially for this event and will be hosting “mini ride & drives” on the Discovery Park campus. The 15-minute drive & rides are scheduled from 9:00 – 11:30 AM, departing from the parking lot adjacent to the entrance of the Engineering Building.
