Staying Safe in 2016
The Women's Division is proud to partner with Defensive Mindset to host a two hour self defense class. Participants will walk away with:
- Situational and Mental Awareness - learn to spot trouble before it spots you!
- Automobile and Parking Security - simple techniques to avoid becoming a victim
- Non-Lethal Self Defense Weapons - tools you can carry to help keep you safe
- Natural Response Unarmed Self Defense - easy techniques to help fight off an attacker
Please wear comfortable clothes and close toed shoes to participate in the activities during the evening.
