LOCATION:Medical City Lewisville Wellness Center 500 W Main St Lewisville\, TX 75057 The Wellness Center is located at Medical City Lewisville - just inside the Elm Street entrance. We have convenient parking right outside the clinic. For closest parking\, use this address for our Medical Arts Building next door to the Wellness Center: 475 Elm St\, Lewisville\, TX 75057. The Wellness Center is NOT in the Medical Arts Building\, but rather in the adjoining building. The Elm Street entrance is identified by covered carport. Traveling east on Main Street\, turn left on South Edna Ave. and the Wellness Center will be located on the right. Traveling west on Main Street\, turn right on South Edna Ave. and the Wellness Center will be located on the right. Traveling north on the I-35E service road\, turn right on Elm St. and left on South Edna Ave. The Wellness Center will be located the left.
