DESCRIPTION:Join us to welcome Guiding Compass to the community and take a tour of the new facility. Discover how they can help adults\, teens and children reach their personal and academic goals to discover a life to love.\n\n\n\nGuiding Compass offers both counseling and academic support services.  Dr. Julie Ballinger and Dr. David Huffman offer counseling for all ages and stages of development. Services include play therapy for children\, activity-based therapy for teens\, parent consultation\, and conversational therapy for adults\, couples and families. Diane Huffman recently joined the Guiding Compass team as an Educational Specialist.  With 30 years of teaching experience\, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and strategies to help students discover academic success and to consult with parents and teachers to promote positive learning experiences. \n\n \n\nIn addition\, Guiding Compass staff members enjoy giving free talks on a variety of topics throughout the community.  Be sure to ask about opportunities for your group.\n\n\n\nA wine and cheese reception will take place immediately following the ribbon cutting.
