SUMMARY:First Annual Golf Tournament for Briarwood Retreat Center and Church Camp
DESCRIPTION:The First Annual Briarwood Retreat Center Golf Tournament will be held on Friday\, May 6\, 2011\, at the beautiful Golf Club at Fossil Creek in Fort Worth\, Texas.  We will play a 4 person scramble format with a shotgun start at approximately 8:00 a.m.(with lunch to follow in the clubhouse).  The day will include a Continental Breakfast\, range balls\, cart\, and 18 holes on Fossil Creek?s Championship Course - plus a Texas Home cooked Lunch.  We will have many great tournament prizes (including hole-in-one prizes\, long drive prize\, and closest to the hole prize)\, a 50/50 raffle\, mulligans for sale\, and other contests.\n\n\n\nJust the way golf was meant to be\, Fossil Creek will challenge golfers of every ability.  Gorgeous rolling fairways and 18 testing holes all intertwined throughout streams created by Fossil Creek.  This exclusive par 72 public course\, designed by America's foremost golf legend\, Arnold Palmer\, winds its way through 1150 acres of natural Texas terrain.\n\n\n\nThe Golf Club at Fossil Creek is listed as one of the top ten best public golf courses in North Texas by Avid Golfer Magazine and the favorite public golf course in Fort Worth by the readers of the Fort Worth Star Telegram.\n\n\n\nThe cost is only $125 per golfer (or $500 per foursome).  Proceeds will go to the ministry of Briarwood\, which has never turned away a child from summer camp because of costs.
