SUMMARY:December '08 Monthly Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Our December luncheon will be a bit different from our usual monthly luncheon. We are partnering with the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce to put on a Holiday Gift Bazaar on Tuesday\, December the 2nd at Celebrations Grand Ballroom in Highland Village. The event will begin as usual at 11:30 a.m. with our traditional luncheon agenda. After we have concluded the business side of the luncheon\, we will then begin the Holiday Gift Bazaar. \n     Here is how it works. We are only charging $25 per person to attend the luncheon. If you would like to reserve a table at the luncheon to sell holiday goods to the attendees of the luncheon\, you MUST be able to sell your product or gift certificates at the luncheon. We suggest you sell holiday related items\, but if you don't have any holiday items\, as long as you have a product or gift cards/certificates to sell\, that is fine as well. \n     If you do want to reserve a table to sell your products\, you must have your table decorated (holiday theme encouraged) and set up by 11:00 a.m. Once we have concluded the business portion of the luncheon\, the Holiday Gift Bazaar will take place and you will be able to sell your products/gifts on site. If you plan on selling your items at the luncheon\, the cost is $35 ($25 for the lunch and $10 for your vendor table). \n     The sponsor of this unique luncheon is Christian Community Action. Registration for the luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m. and we will begin our program at 12 noon. Please keep in mind that the vendor tables are $10\, (and can only be purchased by purchasing a lunch as well) and are based on a first come\, first served basis. Please call Kay Heaton at the Chamber office at 972-436-9571 to make your reservation (tickets are $25 per person) and to reserve a table as well to sell your products/gifts to those in attendance.\n     Also\, remember that tickets are only $25 per person if you make your reservation by Friday\, November the 28th by 5:00 p.m. If you make your reservation after 5 p.m. on Friday\, November the 28th \, the price per person will be $30. Please also remember that any reservations that require an invoice will incur a $5 fee. Call the Chamber today to make you reservation for our last luncheon of the year!
