Community Showcase 2010 is an excellent opportunity for you to show off your products or services to thousands of potential customers and other business exhibitors. This one-of-a-kind business showcase will be advertised and open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday\, October \;23\, 2010. \;

Community Showcase Booth Fees

Two types of booths are being offered to suit your exhibit needs. Each 8&rsquo\; x 8&rsquo\; booth includes a draped back and side walls\, one skirted table with two chairs and one-line business identification booth sign. Booths will be assigned on a first come-first-paid basis.

·\; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; 8&rsquo\; x 8&rsquo\; Signature booth $400 (Priority placement-high traffic areas)

NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE MADE WITHOUT PAYMENT!

Booth Policies

As an exhibitor\, your responsibilities will include setting up an attractive display no later than 10:00 a.m. the day of the expo. When you arrive at the unloading area\, unload your equipment\, move your vehicle\, then return to set up your booth. This simple rule should keep delays for everyone to a minimum. \; Complete breakdown of your exhibit will be between 3:01pm and 4:00pm on Saturday. A $100 fee will be charged in the event of an early breakdown. \; Exhibitors are responsible for all items in their booths during open exhibition hours. You must have a staff representative in your booth at all times during Expo hours.

No sharing of booths is allowed. There is a one business limit per booth.

Restaurant Exhibitors:
Taste of Lewisville is sponsored by Raising Cane&rsquo\;s Chicken Fingers. There is no charge for Restaurant Booths. \; Participants must be a member in good standing with the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce. \; There \;are only 15 booths available\, so hurry and reserve your spot. \; This is a great opportunity to showcase menu items - bite sized! \; The exhibitor is required to have samples available during the showcase times\, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \; Each exhibitor must also comply with the Lewisville Health Department regulations\, which will be provided for you.
